Arsenal FC managed almost all season ticket change requests using the Online Reservation Centre developed by Sports Fusion. The application delivered huge efficiencies by allowing the club's ticketing team to set up telephone appointments with customers and, using the Online Reservation Centre, enable the customer to examine the view from a variety of potential alternative seats.

The system significantly reduced the need to deploy staff to what is traditionally a time consuming task that has to be undertaken during a very busy period and enabled Arsenal to offer its season ticket holders a more convenient and enhanced customer service.
